Winnie
I've had a "white cloudy" tank for a month. It cleared up, but now I have a white fuzz & spots on about half of my plants. Any ideas or suggestions?

I suspect you are experiencing a bacterial bloom (white cloudy water that clears up with time) and that the fuzzy white coating is just more of the bio film coating Hardscape. Make sure you have enough flow, add an extra sir stone, and feel free to water change some. Basically, your tank is doing a reset / recalibration. Is it new? Or did you recently change up anything? Add anything?
Winnie
My tank isn't new, and has been running clear for at least 6 months. I think I rinsed my filter media, and shouldn't have. I'll do a water change this weekend.

eatyourpeas
It looks like your tank went through a mini-cycle. If it is algae like @Colusaid, keep an eye on it and remove it if it persists, also try reducing the light period for a bit.
ARMYVET
DO you have any shrimp or snails in the tank? If you do they should help in the removal if it is a bio film.
Guppysnail
Bacteria can produce a slimy gelatinous material. They then live in colonies of many types of bacteria to take advantage of the structure. It can be sucked off with a turkey baster
