My tank isn't new, and has been running clear for at least 6 months. I think I rinsed my filter media, and shouldn't have. I'll do a water change this weekend.

I've had a "white cloudy" tank for a month. It cleared up, but now I have a white fuzz & spots on about half of my plants. Any ideas or suggestions?
