    In terms of how many Pea Puffers as Cory would say one or three or more.

    philodendrons are cool but in my opinion pothos are easier to care for.

    You will need an appropriately sized tank for your amphibian, well draining soil, isopods, springtails, cork bark and plants EG; pothos, spider plants, ferns, ect. I hope you find this information useful.

    that is strange rams are normally fine living by them selfs but if it is really a problem try and get a keyhole cichlid or another ram.
