  1. What I would do as you have large leaves is cut one leaf in half add half to each side to each side of the tank

  9. Could be saprolegniasis it's a water mould what I would do is quarantine and treat with a combination of ick X and aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 1 gallon active ingredient in ick X malachite green and aquarium salt are an effective treatment for saprolegniasis @FishMama814

  17. I use one on my 50 gallon it heavily stock has about a 150 bristlenose plecos of various sizes so I clean the prefilter once a week it only takes a couple of minutes to clean if my tank was lightly stock you could probably only have to clean the prefilter once a month
  18. Oase biomaster Thermo are good quality canister filters easy to clean prefilter so don't have to clean the canister filter as often with a built in heater so you don't have a heater in the tank
