  3. Columnaris is an external bacterial infections there's not much benefit in adding the medication to food What I would do as you have shrimp is two full course of maracyn2 or API fin and body cure which ever one is more readily available back to back both medication are shrimp safe dosing the tank start treating as soon as possible and remove chemical filtration during treatment

  5. Possibly columnaris that's a gram negative bacterial infections that spreads more quickly at temperatures over 75 and can kill in 24hr to 7 days depending on the strain the most effective treatment I have found is kanaplex and jungal fungus clear fizz tabs containing nitrofurazone following this treatment plan it could have also just injured itself and scraped its back I would still air on the side of caution and treat if you have shrimp kanaplex can be harmful @Shrimpee
  6. Do a 50% water change add active carbon to remove any remaining medication then do a course of kanaplex and jungal fungus clear fizz tabs after that give an update I would wait to see if kanaplex and jungal fungus does the trick before treating with anti-parasitic medication with can discuss this after the 5 day course of treatment
  7. You could just fast all the fish in the tank for 5 days they will be fine or quarantine and fast if the bloating doesn't go down they could be egg bound for that you would want to treat with epsom salt baths 1 table spoon for 1 gallon for no more than 15 minutes for 5 days as Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxant

  11. Could have a bacterial component the fact that it's spread to other fish over a two week period what I would do a course of kanaplex it's a broad spectrum antibiotic treatment if you have shrimp or snails I would treat with maracyn2 as kanaplex can be harmful to shrimp and some types of snails @Ventuxio

  13. Your water parameters are fine possible pH higher than you would want I don't think that would be causing the issue your seeing liverbears are prone parasitic infections first thing I would do is treat with levamisole active ingredient in expel p once a week for 4 weeks and go from there
  14. Am struggling to see the lumps in the picture when did you notice the first lumps and how long before other fish developed them any loss of appetite rapid breathing hanging out near the surface lethargy @Ventuxio

  16. Could be dropsy that can be caused by a number of things such as organ failure parasitic infections internal bacterial infections the most effective treatment I have found aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 1 gallon to help reduce fluid buildup dose the tank with kanaplex to treat any possible internal bacterial infections and do a course of metroplex in food feeding a small twice a day for upto 3 weeks @Cinnebuns
  17. It could be a parasitic infection with sunken bellys for that you would want to treat with oddduck treatment protocol for parasitic infections levamisole is harmful to shrimp and snails I would remove them before treating
  18. That looks like a prolapse to me I would do epsom salt baths 1 table spoon for 1 gallon for no more than 15 minutes for 5 days as Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxant to help your fish reabsorb the prolapse @osint
