The co op instructions are one dose of all 3 meds and soak fish for a week, then change 30%weekly. That's what I'm doing. I'm only on day 2 of soaking the fish tho

Yes, I'm dosing according to aquarium Co op quarantine instructions.

So I would just follow the box instructions and time that coincides with each one? Will it hurt if I salt for a couple weeks once all that is done? I feel like it would replenish and help whatever would be depleted from all this . .. 😔

HELP. I purchased 2 fancy goldfish on Friday afternoon. Added them to a 10gallon quarantine set up with an extra sponge filter from my main tank with other fancies. Water was treated with prime and quarantine meds were added seconds before fish were acclimated and physically added. Both were behaving healthily when purchased. Even after having added them to quarantine tank. NOW... the smaller of the 2 is hovering in the water nose down majority of the time and looks to be barely breathing. Is it dying??

I have some coarse sponge, filter floss, bio rings and an intake sponge on the tidal. Also an extra bag of bi lo rings next to the sponge filter in the water.

Hello all !! Have a filtration question. I have a 55 gallon with a tidal 55 and an aquarium co op sponge filter (40gall and up). Was not intending to have more than 3 fancy goldfish but I was gifted a fourth... will this be enough filtration for them?? I have no plants but I have black flourite substrate. I change 50% of water every week. Will this be ok for them?? I am new to this.

Hey there everyone! I'm new to the hobby. Began in July, unexpectedly but I have definitely fallen in love with fancy goldfish! Wasn't expecting them at all but they were unannounced gifts for my 4 yr old. The first came in a bowl sadly smh. But I researched and ran out and got a 10 gallon...then a 20 gallon. . . Then a second surprise fish came and I upgraded to a 55. Trying my hand at live plants but I don't know if that's going to work after all ... here are my little loves...
