Frozen foods

So recently I picked up some frozen blood worms and brine shrimp gumdrops. I didn't have room in the freezer after Thanksgiving so I put them in my cooler in the garage with 20lbs of ice and they became thawed out today I noticed. Dosnt look like anything is broken seal but the food is soft to the touch. Should I throw it away or feed it after refreezing?

I should maybe add that I live in New England and it didn't get above the temperature of a refrigerator on max cool. Its just like 80 dollars of food I stocked up on before holidays so im kind of ehhh on  just making it into soil
