Fish Folk
Just visited my LFS. A local breeder dropped off some Pseudomugil she bred recently. The source stock for her brooders claimed they were P. furcata. But I am not certain. Any Rainbow pros want to make a call?? (I’ll keep my guess secret for now)

Fish Folk
I was 90% there. I think it’s another, but very difficult to tell between…

Fish Folk
I agree, very hard to tell. After another assessment of the shipping data, they _appear_ to be Pseudomugil paskai (Paska’s Blue-eye). I bought 6x, added to my son’s tank. I’ll take footage tomorrow and share in a followup here. Honestly… I often question the accuracy of a few of these shipper’s taxonomical claims. Got them for $3 / each. Hard to beat that! If they’re luminatus, sheesh! that’s a steal 🤑 1
Biotope Biologist
I was going to say there is an “as of yet unnamed” Psuedomugil sp ‘super red’ that according to genetic sequence is paskai hybridized with gertrudae Those look suspiciously like them. Seems like there isn't much on google as well. They look very pretty, just like green kubotai rasbora Is this their normal color or glofish type of coloring? I want them! :')
