Algaefishowl
Hello I got these two algae eaters and wasn't told what kind they are. I was hoping to find out more about the fish. One has a solid black stripe down the side and the other has more of a blotchy stripe. I've had them for a little over a month and they have grown quickly, but seem to be done growing at about 2 inches. Are they Siamese algae eaters, ottos, or something else? Thanks for your help! Algaefishowl
Thank you for letting me know! I read up on the fish. I’m surprised they can grow around 6in. I’ll have to return them since I won’t be able to support their growth. Any suggestion as a replacement algae eater for a 35 gallon community tank? Thanks again.
