dmurray407
Do you have Nerite snails? I've read that they leave white sesame seed like eggs all over. I've never actually seen them, but that's something that came to mind.

eatyourpeas
If they are popping around I would venture to say seed shrimp, but I think I agree with @Colu based on the shape of some of them.
GameCzar
It could also be Limpets, but its tough to tell from the photo.
Brandon p
I think @GameCzar is right on track. I believe they are limpets. What’s on the glass does not help much, but looking at them on the substrate it does look like a limpet shell.
PineSong
I have limpets in my main tank and seed shrimp in another. From the photo, it's hard to tell what I'm looking at, but will agree with Eatyourpeas that if they bumble around swimming they are likely seed shrimp and if they only glide on the glass, they could be baby snails or limpets. I assume my limpets arrived on plants I bought from a hobbyist, and while I have seen 5-10 babies on the glass at one time on a couple of occasions, I have never seen as many as in the photo and it has been many months; they do not seem to have grown much/at all in population and I usually see zero.
