Please help me!

I am at a loss!!! Take a look at this koi platy...struck down by something like epistylis, I have been treating with both kanaplex and metroplex (separately) for over two weeks with food. Everyone’s eating. Is this a disease I am missing? I literally cleaned the entire tank already, took everything out, scrubbed it, vacuumed...why isn’t this clearing up? I am absolutely losing my mind. Other fish in the tank don’t seem to be affected (hard to see on the albino corys) and one of my three dojos has a few visible spots

It’s visibly raised off the body, that’s why I ruled out ich. Any other ideas? I do have ich-x so I could set up a quarantine tank maybe

looks like it could be ich to me. Also Corydoras as well as most other 'armored catfish' seem to be much more resistant to Ich than most other fish.

I'd pull the fish and treat it in a sep pail and not treat the entire tnak unless other fishes are showing illness. I'm not sure if it is ick but the fin rot is quite serious. You could try something like melafix or a salt bath but I think i would put in a pail with a bit of salt (can't remember what is safe with live bearers but they are fairly tolerant) and if you have a bacteria treatment on hand a bit of that.
