Emanon Posted February 4, 2021 Share Posted February 4, 2021 I have a 29 gallon planted aquarium started up 3 weeks now all is well I need ideas for nano fish I was thinking 10 ember tetras or neon tetras and 2 borneo hill stream loaches I have 6 nerite snails already any advice would be great. BlackLabelCarling Posted February 7, 2021 Share Posted February 7, 2021 I'm big fan of cherry barbs, especially if the tank is planted. Hillstreams like the water a bit cooler (because of the higher o2 content) than traditional 'tropical" parameters and so do barbs, whereas tetras prefer a little warmer temp.
