Patrick M. Bodega Aquatics
Hello everyone, So I am 95% sure this doesn't exist but I have been pondering this idea for a long time. Is there a digital aquarium design, similar to how people digitally design homes? Thanks!
MickS77
You could use Google Sketchup. It's a free 3D design program.
Casual aquatics
Just now, Aubrey You could checkout Steam. There are some cool looking things that are coming, no release dates yet. At least one is available for $19.99. This one is available for $19.99 These are coming soon. So you pay for the program just one time?
Daniel
The learning curve is steep but Autodesk's Fusion 360 is free to students and for personal use and you can use it to create STL files for 3-D printing. I use it to design observation hives for honey bees and for all of my other woodworking projects. The panes of glass in the observation could just as easily be the glass of an aquarium. 🙂

Kara C
http://theaquatools.com//sites/default/files/pixture_favicon.png Design your Fish Tank after your favorite public/military aquariums before the loans & expenses of buying one | Aquarium Tools | Aquarium Tools THEAQUATOOLS.COM All aquarium related tools: calculators, diagnoser, the AquaSketcher and more. I've played with this one. Their aquasketcher has gotten an upgrade since the last time I was on it. Now I just take a picture of the tank or mock set up with my phone or tablet and doodle the design in.
Nataku
Scape-it.io You need to be on a computer to use it, it doesn't play nice on a phone. But, tis free, it exists. Doesn't have all the plants in it, and also only has natural items like rocks and driftwood. No castles or bridges, sorry.
Cole
I love the idea of being able to pick your tank and play around with designs prior to actually building it. Would be fun to find an app or something like that.
