Oto disease help

Otto has some red marks today, could this be leech damage?

@Allan I split this post to its own topic. I understand you have been treating the tank with fenbendazole for leeches. I am not certain if this is leech damage or not  

I want you to be able to get the best help from some folks who help out with sick fish. I felt this would get more help placed on its own in the disease section.

Looking at the picture it could be bacterial or it's been trapped and injured it's self I couldn't rule damage caused by leech in your tank what I would do is a course of kanaplex to prevent any secondary bacterial infections and add a small amount of aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 10 gallon

That was my last otto in the tank.  So I guess the thread can be considered resolved.

So sorry for your loss.  I can’t tell from a picture if it was leach or an infection.  Hopefully you can get the leaches cleared so you don’t have to worry about that in future.
