Mauricio
Hello! I am in the process of building myself a fish room. It’ll be my 2.0 version and I really admire the rack supports that are in the Aquarium Co-op store. I think I can make out the general things associated with the build but was wondering if there were tips on recreating it and specifically, how it looks at the base of the shelves. If anyone has any info or even Photos of the Co-op store, i would really appreciate it! If not and if there are clever ideas out there, I’m all ears for it too THANK YOU!!!!! 🐡 -Mauricio
Koi
You'll be fine going the first method but if you really wanna go overkill heres another way to attach a beam 1
Carl-N-Kim
There is an old video of Cory building one with cinder blocks which I admired that the video was about 4 years ago on YouTube
ARMYVET
I was going to build the racks Cory did. I drew up the plans to fit my space but With the cost of wood right now I found it cheaper to buy a steel rack that holds 15 tanks. 20 gallon high tanks 1
StevesFishTanks
The industrial shelving units from sam's club or home Depot are hard to beat right now considering the price of lumber.

Koi
@CT_ Whoops I should have mentioned I was talking about the notch haha. I figured most people would be using regular screws instead of that behemoth of a bolt! 1
Nik_n
I would suggest checking out videos on how to build aquarium racks on King of DIY channel he has a whole playlist about it. The stands are completely made out of wood and look great.
Mauricio
Wooow. Such quick response and very fruitful! I will be taking this all into consideration and look into each of them. My original setup was based on the cinderblock style Cory had a few years ago and it worked well but I’ve always wanted to build something more clean looking where i can maximize my space. I appreciate all the tips here very much!! 🐠
