Arxpreacher
Totally cleaned and re-stablished a 55 gal Community Aquarium; currently being cycled. I have used API testing chemicals in the past but decided to purchase the AQ-COOP multi test strips. They arrived and I followed the instructions and after trying three strips, they remained the same, no color change, no reaction to the water in the aquarium. Any suggestions? DannyBWell
Maybe try reaching out to the co-op if you got a "bad batch" they will surely send you a new one.
Administrators Cory Posted July 15, 2021 Administrators Share Posted July 15, 2021 Have pictures? Doesn't seem right you'd have nothing going on.
sudofish
Very strange. I just have to say I'm skeptical but don't know what your motivation would be.
DaveO
Hmm Are you sure you followed the directions?
mynameisnobody
I would do it again and take photos, something seems very off if you’re getting an absolute zero for results.
GameCzar
I've never met any strip that didn't change color at all.
Arxpreacher
It appears that some in the container were defective. Followed instructions as before and I tried again this evening and the third strip changed color. Finally cooking with gas!
