I have few Anubias plants that the leaves are covered in black algae. Where is the best place to trim of the leaves from the stem?

Hi I have some Java fern in my 125 Gallon Aquarium for 2 weeks now, as I am a long time fish keeper, but new to live plants. The risome is not in the gravel and my lighting is a Fluval 3.0 set on auto My Settings: Daylight : RED 18%, Blue 7%, Cold white, Pure White and warm whie is set at 19% Night is RED 18% Blue is 3% whits are all at 0% SUNRISE lighting is 0700-0830 Sunset is 1700-1930 light sout sleep at 22:30 Are my plants getting toomuch light? Thanks! I learned that from various videos. I bought some super glue gel, I plan to adhere to some rocks. I ll post pics here when I m done tomorrow. Thank you for your kind and thoughtful reply!

So my order of plantes arrived yesterday packed well. As I was not home, my wife brought in the 2 boxes and was left for me to come home 9 hours later. It was past 10 pM at night, so I unpacked the plants and placed them in my aquarium, still in the pots. The plants I bought were were Java fern, penny wart, scarfelt temple, and Vallisneria. Hopefully this evening I can get them planted!! any suggestions? Its a 125 gallon aquarium with about 60 small tetra. Thanks Mike

My name is mike, my Youtube channel is luvmywetpets...It all started with a goldfish in a bowl, which evolved into a massive 10 gallon tank, upgraded to a 20 long with various tropical fiash, which then turned into a 90 gallon marine marine fish only tank wich evolved into a 125 gallon African cichlid tank, that tank today has about 60 various tropical south american tetras, just trying live plants again.
