Lonkley
So the instructions for repashi is 1 part prefer to 2 or 3 parts water. I assume that's in volume? Has anyone done the sensible thing and worked it out by weight. I was thinking 50mg powder to 100mg water. Measuring by volume is horrible. It's why most people think they can't bake. Feels the same here.

GoofyGarra
I always did it by tablespoons and didnt have any problems
Nana Finopolis
As Goofy Garra said, I just use tablespoons and use the ratio of 1:3. It always comes out perfectly. If it's a little thinner than you like just add a touch more Rapashy. You didn't say whether you put it in the refrigerator after mixing it. It does take a little while in the refrigerator to set up. Kind of like jello.

But it's not an exact science in any way. I measure it out with a tablespoon (just took a scoop, didn't like level it or worry if it was a heavy scoop or a scant scoop). Haven't made repashy in a while, but I think I did approximately 1/2 cup boiling water per 3 heaping tablespoons of food.
