TheMilkman
Just got some new guppies and this 1 male developed a red raised dot on his tail overnight. Tank parameters are pH - 7.8 Nitrates - 20 Hardness - 150 ppm Nitrite - 0 Ammonia - 0 KH/Buffer - 100ppm Water Temperature - 77 I know the picture is hard to tell. Just let me know if yall need another one. Any ideas of what this is?
Fish Folk
Very hard to tell. Could be a cyst. Keep an eye on all fish in that tank. If they burst from a tail, it could yield the fin rupture you later report.
Colu
I would Quarantine and treat with aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 2 gallons for one week @TheMilkman
nabokovfan87
You can also add an air store to help the fish. Please try to get. A photo of the area if possible.
