Was using just my name for a bit, but wanting to be different, decided to use my nick name. Was doing a little inshore fishing one day, when I stumbled over a honey hole full of sugar bass. Caught around 20 in 10 minutes (all cpr'd). My deck hand buddy, started calling me sugar bass, and well the name stuck. Surprising number of joes out there, so the nickname helped differentiate me, so now I'm sugar, sugar joe or sugar bass joe out there.

Cpr’d??

Dare you to change your username to Anne-jum 🤣!

Id be very interested in knowing how @Flumpweesel chose hers ( forgive me if I’m wrong about gender!).

Correctly gendered .

My username was borne out of frustration a long time ago trying to set up an email and anything remotely like my name had gone so it's two randomish words one annoyingly spelt wrong.

Flumps (or The Flumps) were the characters a children's animated TV series in the 70's. So I guess a flumpweesel would be their natural predator.  The TV show wasn't that dark though.

It's now my default username on lots of things so if you see it you've probably found me.

I remember seeing a guy called ‘Wallace & Gromit’ on another forum…can’t say I’ve heard of those little potato people 😁

You are rather young I don't think modern TV scheduling has room for the simple joy of The Flumps. Kids TV was low budget and fairly new thing. In the 70s before people used it to sell stuff to kids.

We had "tales from the river bank" that used live animals to tell stores. (It could never be made now). And Fingerbobs where a man made paper finger puppets and then told stories with them.

Both of those seem to have been deemed to odd for any channel to try reshowing them.  Here are some tasters
