Over the last month or so I’ve been working with rough sawn walnut and walnut slabs.4BF56553-5196-4227-A3F1-1A533E97F8B9.jpeg.1d6bb534b852d92d907a1db39e7a4496.jpeg

this has been such an amazing project and while I’m the main builder it’s truly been a team effort to turn ⬆️ this into that⬇️

the doors have a copper inlay, 8 feet tall, 6 feet wide, and 4 coats of clear finish.

countertop inlay bow ties are made from white oak, maple, and ash. Some have a lichtenberg treatment which is what looks like lighting across them.
We have also built an 11 feet by 2 feet countertop from a walnut slab that has an acrylic river pour down the center. We have to hire out the river pour and it’s still being done before we do clear finish. It will be atleast another week.

our next project for this client will be made from this⬇️FAE4ED8D-12B7-451B-B7FF-25C3BE762818.jpeg.0d840bef4568bfbc7c2d3c477dc1670b.jpeg

again solid walnut slab that will be made into front entry door for the house.

Amazing work!

As a former bartender, I was trying to see what kind of liquor collection they had there 😂 Scotch? Bourbon? Maybe cognac?

I’m not much of a drinker so I didn’t pay much attention but I know he is into bourbon big time.
