Need help with identifying and care of plants in betta tank 10 gal. I have rock gravel and the plant floating is supposed to be rooted but my fish got fin rot and he's in a hospital tank now getting better. help troubleshooting and fixing please and thank

First one might be Moneywort? I’m not familiar with Bacopa.

They are both types of bacopa it looks like. Caroliniana looks a little bit different from the top down view, more of a spear shaped leaves like....

 

The nice thing is, very similar care for either.
