Aquarium New Years!

I never do new years resolutions really but I thought maybe I could do a "aquarium goal list" for the next year instead! I'm quite new so a lot of mine is building and learning. 

Here's mine (not in any specific order):

1.  Learn to be successful with 1-2 new live plants.

2.  Finishing stocking 29-gallon tank.

3.  Breed guppies in a fun a productive way without being TOO productive. 

4.  Get to know the guys at my LFS better.

5.  Stock a 10-gallon tank. 

6. Perfect my aquascaping in 29 and 10 gallon tanks. 

7.  PREVENT MYSELF FROM BUYING MORE TANKS!!

 

What are some of your goals for this new year either in you hobby or life!  Anything new exciting coming up?

The last one, lol! I love your resoultions! Mine would be:

1. Conquer new plants

2. Balance my 20 gal

3. Breed some fish like my corydoras! Super Excited for this one!

4. Sell some Fish at my LFS

Nothing exciting coming up

I love it!

1. Stop having so many guppy babies.

2. Breed my shrimp and sell them.

3. Don't buy any more tanks... Or plants...

4. Get my algae issues under control.

New and exciting, we may move and if we do I'd have a fish room!

Only a suggestion: If you trade out "perfect" for "improve," it might feel better. 

I'd like to stabilize or simplify my water critters. I'll soon have 3 new species in QT, but other than that, I plan to not add any other new species this year. And I need to reduce the total number of bodies of water I have, just so it's easier to keep track of water quality. I've already taken the first step toward that.

No more tanks. 

Hoping to get my daily maintenance down to 30 minutes or less. 

Be able to enjoy my fish more.

1- more tanks, I’m at 15 now need to get to about 25

2-new cabinetry and stands 

3- plants, plants, plants

4- read, read, learn

Thats a nice list, however #7 might be the most difficult.

You have such wonderful tanks! Exciting to know that you're going to be adding more!
