Worked for me. Even after I tried to let the commerce website sync the account before I added my membership. The connection updated right away and even applied the discount to my pending cart.

If anyone is on the fence. You can basically give yourself a month membership for free if you're going to place an order over $100. Even if you're just doing small orders, sum your total spent in one month; if it's over $100, you could have had a free month of membership.

I was on the fence. Then I realized that my guppies are eating me out of house and home.... I need to buy more food, and I've recently done the math on how much I've spent on frozen baby brine... Time to invest in the hatchery and bulk eggs. So I started building my cart, realized that the 5% would put me "net positive". Boom. Now I get to participate in the Live stream chat faster, which I just made the end of the last one. Exciting times. AND bonus videos to watch/listen to during water changes/maintenance! Woot!
