FrozenFins
This is one of those questions where you will get mixed answers. From my opinion the Left one is the Male, and the right one is the female.
Bru
I'm not an expert by any means but I think I read somewhere that females have black on their pelvic fins while males don't, so by that logic, I'd say they're both females. The left one could turn out to be male judging by the pointier dorsal but it's hard to say.
Skillrzs
Thanks! If Both fish keep fighting its best to separate Them? They are Both New in the tank. Maybe they need to find their own territories in the tank? Dont want to stress Them out.
Brandy
Rams do this. As long as they are facing off, rather than one constantly chasing while the other is running scared, they will be ok. They are likely to be the same sex I would guess, but it is just a guess. To decrease (but not eliminate) the activity, add more decor/plants to obscure lines of sight and open spaces, but they will still find a way to spar.
FriendlyLoach
This is not on topic, but I was wondering if you are planning to deworm them, because it looks like they both have a bit of a sunken stomach?
Skillrzs
Hmzz shop told me they always medicate the fish before they sell Them. Photo was taken after they had eaten. Could this be the reason? thanks for noticing! I'm going to keep an eye on it. Contact the shop and start treatment as needed
Brandy
They do look a little tucked up. I would feed often and try to get weight on them. If they don't fill out, do a round of paraclense.
