API Quick Start was all I used
also there is not Chlorine in our water. I've tested multiple times -
@Ken Burke Same I was fighting nitrites, did a large water. Since I bucket fill I add API Quick Start 10ml in the first bucket then fill the rest normally.

The cors are acting the same. One has been staying at the top, and all of the neon tetras has passed. Not a good day so far.

@xXInkedPhoenixX The reason for the large water change was due to Nitrate and Nitrite level never went down from the last water change, so I though a larger water change would be a good idea. The swing in temp was during the water change. I have to bucket fill, and the first bucket was when I saw the temp jump up. By the time the water change was finished the temp was back to normal. Ammonia is at 0.

I just did a large water change 70 -80%. Last water change was last week 30%. There was a temp spike going from 76F (24.5C) to 81F (27.3C). After filling the tank (10 gal (40L)) one of the codry pandas is just laying around not really moving around, and the tetras will be swimming then stop, go vertical then they drop.. then start the process over. The water did go back to 76F (24.5C) before the water was finished. While typing this some are swimming like they are on a roll coaster.

Update!
We are now in day 1.5 of treatment. I bought a 5 gal starter kit to use as a quarantine tank, but the hanger filter was too power for the little guy. The filter did not have any flow adjustments, so I moved him back to the main tank. Yesterday I did a 50% water change and added API® FIN & BODY CURE POWDER. This morning I notice the fungal infection grew. It was then covering both sides of the tail. The eye remained the same condition. Today I've done a 80% water change, continuing with the fin & body cure powder. It looks like the fin and body powder is more for bacterial infection, so I've added Pimafix for the fungal infection. However; I think due to the weight of the fungus growing on the tail it started to tear off. Just a few mins ago the majority of the tail has fallen off. I've remove the fungus infected tail from the tank. I've also raised the water temp from 74°F to 76°F. Tomorrow I plan to do a 25 - 50% water change and continue with both fin and body powder and Pimafix.
The nine neon tetra and the other two panda corys look healthy and are active. I'm not seeing any stressful behaviors.Nine hours after the water change the water is currently

I'm need help identifying some growth on one of my panda corys. There seems to be a large white growth on the tail and one of the eyes look like there is something covering it.Tank/ water

I'm planning to get a 5 gal quarantine tank setup later today and do a 30 - 50% change on the main tank. I also order some API® FIN & BODY CURE POWDER

Hello Everyone,
First time posting here and new to the hobby. I need some help identifying a snail. I think they little guy came into the tank through some red root floaters I've added. Looks to be a young snail. The only livestock I have in my tank right now is just a few (~5) Blue Dream Shrimp and a single nerite snail, and if Google is correct the nerite should not reproduce asexually. I've attach a photo. Any help on what type of snail it is and if it should be something I need to think about getting rid of.Also, I've remove the snail from the tank and placed it in another container, and for it size it is fast moving.

Neon Tetras and Panda Cory issue after water change

For testing I primary use the Aquarium Co-Op testing strips plus I user the API Master kit with GH KH tests as well.
For cycling the tank
After setting up the aqua scape I did a dry start for the 3 weeks
After that I flooded the tank and added Fritz Zyme 7 Live Bacteria (Freshwater)
I did a 50% water change everyday for the first week with adding Fritz Zyme 7 Live Bacteria (Freshwater)
then I did 20% every day for two weeks
after that 20% interment till I was out of Fritz
the then I let the tank sit for about a two weeks and started to see algae on the glass and hardscape.
then I added fish
