  1. Well your tanks and fish and plants are very cool. I agree also, that under stocking makes things easier and more stable, from what I've learned in my research before and during my process of starting my first aquarium. I have much to learn and seeing your posts here definitely motivates me to learn as much as possible 🙂
  2. This is so cool! I would love to have multiple tanks someday. You sound like you really know what you're doing and have some awesome tank setups! 🙂
  3. @Andy's Fish Den Good to know, thanks very much for the advice/information! 🙂
  4. @Fish Folk @GardenStateGoldfish thanks for the advice, I will keep an eye on the water parameters and the behavior of the fish and go from there. I can still see the crushed coral mixed in with the gravel just fine so it hasn't dissolved yet. Also, the listing for their crushed coral on the Co-Op's website says that it may need to be replaced every 1-2 years depending on how low the pH of the tap water is.
  5. Hi! Those are some really cool tanks and a great variety of fish! 🙂
  6. My three Dwarf Endlers, you can see the third one's blue tail just to the right of the silver one 🙂 picture is from a couple of months ago.
  7. Hi. I have a 10-gallon planted aquarium with gravel substrate and one bag of the Co-Op's crushed coral mixed into the gravel to help with keeping hard water and balancing pH. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how long the crushed coral will last to have the desired effect on the water conditions? My tank has been operational for about 4 1/2 months, fish are 3 Dwarf Endlers. Can I add a little bit, say 1/4 of a bag of the crushed coral to raise my water hardness a little? It's a bit lower than it was 2 1/2 months ago and I just don't want to end up with problems for my fish. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks in advance 🙂
  8. Hi. I recently got started with fishkeeping this past March. I had issues at first, but have had 3 Dwarf Endlers for almost 4 1/2 months now in a 10-gallon planted tank and they are doing well 🙂 I'm happy to be a new member of the Aquarium Co-Op Forum to learn and grow as a Fishkeeper along with all of you wonderful people!
