Machete Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 I lost the tag for this plant and forgot the name. Can anyone identify it and give me some tips for trimming it? It's the one withbthe long leaves. Thanks!
Administrators Cory Posted January 5, 2021 Administrators Posted January 5, 2021 is it a stem plant or comes from the crown? Perhaps staurogyne bihar if a stem plant?

I don´t know if vallisnerias are considered stem plants, but the structure of mine is more like a val,: very long leaves that do not branch out. I looked at the one you mention, but mine doesn't look like the pictures I saw. I bought 2 or 3 6-inch bunches a month ago and now they are taller than my 40 breeder. Could it be a hygrophila?
Machete Posted January 5, 2021 Author Posted January 5, 2021 I correct myself, it does have stemes that the leaves come out of. I managed to take a picture from behind thevtank and saw it.
Administrators Cory Posted January 5, 2021 Administrators Posted January 5, 2021 With that picture, I now think it's willow hygrophilia.
lefty o Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 agree, that last pic really looks like some kind of willow. 1
