Taregreen
Is this poor girl having a difficult pregnancy or is something eating her from the inside? She's been plump for a while and the other fish have been chasing her, so I put her in the quarantine tank so nothing could bother her. All water parameters are good and stable. Ben Ellison
That doesn't look like a normal gravid spot. Maybe worms?
FrostiesFishes
So I think you have a pregnant guppy but something else is going on as well. Either she’s going to lay a ton of fry or she has some sort of bloating issue going on.
yannachka
definitely looks like a prolapse. difficult to reverse but id move her to a hospital tank and treat with salt 2
Taregreen
Update: she passed. She was definitely preggo. I gave her a little squeeze after death and at least 19 dead fry popped out. Thanks for the responses. Poor little girl. RIP.

RIP. sorry about your loss. she could have had the prolapse from birthing complications, it happens occasionally with guppies.
Ben Ellison
I lose about 10% of my females due to birthing issues. I believe it's fairly common and I blame weak stock due to in breeding.
