Came in with the Siamese Algae Eaters.” My mind began cranking… (Looks quasi darter-ish… but has divided dorsals… mouth appears wide, not narrow… arrived with SAEs…) STIPHODON! Understand that my brief exposure to this species is hardwired to this video: So naturally, when in buying food yesterday, I asked to see it. And naturally, I bought it. Here’s a little video from this morning… Now there’s 30+ Stiphodon species, and I’ve no idea what this one might be. They can sadly only successfully breed on salt water(a bit like Amanos, the fry have to be transitioned from fresh to saltwater and back again😑) but I really should keep more of them.
