Is it a good idea to add Guppies with Puffers?

I was thinking the puffers would eat the guppy fry... they didn’t! Now I have them everywhere!  😵

The puffers now only come out when I feed them. Ughhhh. Anyone want to catch some guppies?

I wouldn’t have expected the puffers to become so shy, that’s wild. Good luck trying to catch all those guppies out (if you do)

I tried the same thing.  Initially it was fine but then I discovered the tails of the guppies became shredded.  This always happened when I wasn’t around.  The puffers would nip at the tails but the shredding happened when the lights went off.  I checked water conditions and they were fine.  I moved the puffers and the shredding stop.  So just keep a close eye on those tails.

Oh no!  I was going to try this to distract my puffer from eating all the cherry shrimp.   maybe not..
