Fish Folk
My fish seem to drop fry better from April through September than from October through May. Perhaps this is just because I try harder to breed fish in warmer weather. Or maybe the cooler temperatures and the dry air turns off a spawning switch. Anyway, I’ve got three random videos here — very bad audio, zero editing — showing several “Solo” fry that have made it so far this winter… Bristlenose Pleco fry at night: Golden White Cloud fry: Black / Snakeskin Guppy Fry:
Levi_Aquatics
It's always fun to find some fry kicking around!
PineSong
You have good eyes! I've never seen any fry from my WCMM and it's hard not to take it personally. I'm hoping they can enjoy time outside this spring, maybe that will put them in the mood.
Patrick_G
My first generation of swordtails had a lone survivor. It’s amazing how attached you get when there’s only one.
