Pacers94
Hey everyone. Just wondering if this is good or bad algae, I've never seen this before. I've mainly dealt with hair algae. I brushed the tank last week and it's slowly grown back. Not too worried about it unless it's really bad. Ps going to be getting a rubberlip pleco tomorrow, so hopefully he'll take care of it
Just a Pygmy Corydora
It’s just some good old algae, it’s bad for sight, but most likely harmless to fish. If you don’t like it, get rid of it by scrubbing the glass with your fingers or a magnetic cleaner.
HH Morant
I let some algae grow on the end panels of my aquarium. I just keep the front panel clean. Algae is actually good for the aquarium and the fish. I use a melamine sponge on the front glass, or sometimes a razor blade, to keep it clean for viewing. Streetwise
The greener the algae, the more I like it!
