Ok, then I have no clue what is causing your swordtails death. Maybe @Fish Folk or @Colu knows.

Are there bodies skinny...? Do they have white stringy poop?

Sorry for your loss. But, great to here that one is doing good. Make sure to give us updates!

I keep guppies for a long time and I never saw a guppy killing one of my fish. Something is definitely wrong with your guppies.

It's possible that tank had something undiagnosed that was affecting the tank that the guppy detected and was trying to get rid of. It's also possible that mystery disease is what truly killed the other fish. Guppies aren't all that piranha-like in their ability to kill a healthy fish. They have tiny little mouths and while they could worry a fish, it would be challenging for them to kill an otherwise healthy fish. My suspicion would be that the guppy detected an illness in the other fish and was trying to drive them away and the other fish died of the illness, not the guppy attacks.
I agree I had a male platy kept chasing away a female platy that had internal parasites.

This is a hard one. I would say sunset honey gouramis I love their color on them and I would love to get one.

I think platys are easier to breed than honey gouramis. I haven´t bred platies yet but will soon. Platies will breed like wildfire pumping out a ton of babies.

Not really doing much with the aquarium today but did do a bit of observation. What we see here is a female guppy hanging out with the cory. Now while the picture is just an instance in time she has been spending quite a bit of time down there - at least today. This is of course not normal for a guppy as they like to hang out at the top but perhaps she finds that being part of their group discourages the males from harassing her. I don't know if that is the case so just chalk it up to speculation; of course it could just be safety in numbers. Pity guppies can't talk then we could ask her about her new bbfs.
The female guppy must be mad with the males 😡. And happy with the corys 😊

Tysm everyone for your help!

I am planning to get 5 panda corydoras for my ten gallon fish tank. This is the first time I ever kept corydoras and I´m scared that they won´t do well. I would like tips from people who kept corydoras.

There is a chance that they will fight. Just make sure to keep an eye on them if one attacks/harass one of them then remove him out of the fish tank. Hope this helps! 😁

I think it´s the HOB filter fault. Irene did a video that she forgot to clean her HOB filter and it ended up flooding her wooden floors. Or maybe the fish tank have a crack/leak.

I agree with @drewzero1 personally I had never tried this but I heard horror stories that people tried it and ended up being a disaster.

I just got my first gourami! Meet powder blue Frank, assuming it's a male. I can't tell and neither could the nice salesman at petco. What say the gourami experts? Boy or girl, I think it will be a nice contrast to my orange, white, yellow, pink and black platys once he/she gets comfy and colors up. He's in my 5 gallon minibow for quarantine right now.
It´s funny cause I am planning to get a powered blue dwarf gourami in the near future. Good luck with your´s though!

I have another suggestion: 1 bristlenose pleco, a group of corydoras, a honey gourami, and maybe some schooling fish.

Widgets already named and linked an example above. There are others that just float in the tank, but I have found the fry do better with some direct oxygenation. You could always put one of the floating ones over an airstone or sponge filter.
Alright thank you for your help!

Male guppies might work with honey gouramis although maybe female guppies might work better than males because they´re more peaceful. And if the female guppies give birth to fry the honey gourami is gonna eat the guppy fry controlling the population.

Good luck breeding your nertite snails! 😁

They make more rigid breeding boxes too.
Can you name one and link it for me?

I bred a TON of guppies before so hopefully I can help you. For substrate, I would say gravel because it just easier to clean. For plants, I would suggest floating plants because the baby fry sometimes go up to the surface making easier for the adults to eat them. And get a sponge filter, that way baby guppies can´t get sucked up.
