  1. @ 'Cory

    Thanks for the tip, my dislike for my razer grows daily, I can hear the springs rattle after every key press. And I'm a numpad guy, I want the extra room but most often I find myself wishing I had three hands.

    @MattyIce

    I can never go without hyper scroll either lol. I'm using the microsoft arc which has electronic hyper scroll but I want something fuller with a couple programmable buttons.

    I want razer pro click ergonomics, logitech MX hyper scroll, but I also would like tilt click with the scroll wheel. I think the new logitech MX Anywhere 3 is what I'll end up getting. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  2. I like that light bulb idea I haven't tried that. I personally use a Top Fin Betta 20 watt heater with thermostat, I believe petsmart carries them. I have escaped the chore of unplugging it every time by filling a container with the tap water for the next batch, giving the heater a quick rinse, then it goes right into the new tap water while I separate and harvest.

    This I know is a dumb question, but what common adult fishes eat baby brine or is it just a fry thing?  Like tetras? Bettas? Gouramis?  I have been fish keeping since the 90s and I honestly just don't know.

    Surprisingly large fish will eat baby brine. Adult tetras, mollies, ect will.

    Just put in my order for the eggs.

    So I have been wondering  this for a bit. How much better are fresh hatched versus frozen and freeze dried? I have been considering hatching some but it seems like a fair bit of work to be honest.

    I have never seen fish get as excited for any food as much as they do for live baby brine.

  5. Yeah FB is a messy place, full of so many unproductive discussions, why I'm hardly on it. I got ripped off sort of on FB recently. I have a brine shrimp hatchery on thingiverse and got a message from a fellow thingiverse user that someone in Australia was printing and selling my design without attribution.

    I'm in the US so not really worth infiltrating a FB group to call it out, but an example of it's the wild west in some groups.

    I did notice CLR says to avoid contact with any sealed surfaces

    In the context of what they say "any painted, coated or sealed surfaces", I think they are referring to larger coated protected surfaces. Since they recommend CLR for use with bathtubs which often have silicone seals and washing machines that it should be aquarium seal safe.

    I have not tested this myself though.
