  1. I still can’t seem to accurately measure them maybe from head to tail just over an inch?
  2. I’m not sure I will have to measure and I’ll let you know
  3. So I am planning on getting a baby bristle nose pleco and my question is should I dose the quarantine trio all at once or should I space out the medication treatment?
  4. What’s a good schedule for feeding and how often should I feed? I have 1 Betta 2 platys 2 golden wonder killifish and 1 nerite snail and I’m planning on getting a Bristle nose Pleco.
  5. No they are all in the same tank there is 1 betta 2 platys 2 golden wonder killifish and 1 nerite snail in a 20 gallon. And I already have a decent amount of wood in there but I have 2 more wood caves that I am going to put in because I’m planning on getting a bushy nose pleco.
  6. I probably don’t ph=7.4-7.6 gh=10.08 kh=2.24 I log my parameters on a piece of paper.
  7. If I want to raise kh could I also use Seachem alkaline buffer?
  8. I have a betta and platys I know bettas like softer more acidic waters and platys like harder more alkaline water what would be a good equilibrium in water parameters for both of them to be happy? I also have 2 golden wonder killifish.
  9. I was just temporarily housing the stuff in my main tank in the quarantine tank because I was upgraded my tank size and was just wondering if I need to sterilize the quarantine tank when I get new fish to quarantine
  10. I just upgraded my tank to a 20 gallon and I used my quarantine tank to house the fish plants and wood while I was making the transition I’m planning on getting some more fish and my question is do I need to sterilize my quarantine tank before I get them or should it be fine? There is a bit of mulm and gunk in the tank from the plants and wood and I cleaned out the majority of it I just dont know if I need to sterilize it or not or would it not matter? Since I was just using it to temporarily house the things in my main tank.
  11. So my tank is 20 gallons and there is a betta 2 male platys 2 golden wonder killifish and a nerite snail so I guess not a lot
  12. My tank already has some fish in it and six seems a little to much do you think I could do like 4 males instead?
  13. So I have 2 males right now how many females should I get then? To balance it out?
  14. How many platys are recommended to be kept together?
