Biological booster still needed???

I have been using Imagitarium Biological Booster in my tank from the beginning and now my tank has finally cycled.  
Do I need to keep using it after each water change or is it just wasted money now that my tank is cycled?  My tank is not a planted tank.

I think it is generally agreed that adding bacteria isn't needed. It is reported to speed up the process. Adding more when they have colonized seems even less necessary 🙂

once the tank is cycled, and has an established colony of beneficial bacteria, you dont need to add more.

I have also been using API Stress Coat+ after each water change to protect the fish.  Is this necessary as my water is well water and has no chlorine?

I view it as a way to lessen the damage if something goes terribly wrong. I have considered buying something like Stress Coat to be equipped, I personally wouldn't use it routinely (not saying it's the worst thing).

stress coat is a nice thing, but it isnt strictly needed if you have no chlorine in your water source.
