would a hillstream loach be okay in a 10g tank?

Corey had a care video where he said current wasn't as important as people think and it was more about high quality food.  I think he also said 1is okay and 3+ is okay but not 2.  But he didn't really mention tank size and all I know is from his videos

Current isn't required but they do like it. I have kept them both with and without current. What they do require is more oxygen than the typical fish and therefore surface agitation is something that's required. Imo 1 in a 10 is ok given there is enough surface agitation.
