Phillip
Will my Java fern be ok like this? I didn’t know what else to do with it.
OceanTruth
I think it should be ok. Alot of people stick plants like java fern into whatever crevices they can. As long as the rhizome part isn't buried in substrate, you are good to go.
gardenman
Java fern is largely indestructible as long as you don't bury it. Your java fern will do great.
Colu
Javan fern will be fine I have attached it just about everything in a tank at one time or another never had any problems
Mridul Singh
That will be fine, as long as it's not getting too much direct light, you'll see it will do great! 1
FrozenFins
looks fine just make sure their isn't a lot of light on that plant. Java Fern is a low light plant so too much could be dentrimental
Phillip
Thanks for the replies everyone. I have the lights on a timer. 6 hours Monday through Friday and 10 hours Saturday and Sunday. Also in the tank I have cryptocoryne lutea, cryptocoryne wendtii, amazon sword, water sprite and anibias nana petite. Too much light? Not enough? I just have the led strip the tank came with. Thanks!
