The nano tank man Posted January 11, 2021 Share Posted January 11, 2021 My goldfish has a swim bladder issue. He has had it for some time now. He swims lopsided and has a lump in his stomach. He eats and poops but I dont know what to do. I fount him upside down on the filter. He gas nit eaten in a while and I need help soon. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

AdamTill Posted January 12, 2021 Share Posted January 12, 2021 (edited) The food is good. The only med I’ve had success with is Kanaplex. He doesn’t have Ich, does he? The fins look unhealthy. Either Ich or fin rot, but the photo isn’t super clear. The other issue you’re facing is that he’s not structurally well balanced. So it might not be a problem you can solve. External conformation issues don’t guarantee internal conformation being an issue, but it doesn’t bode well.
