DaveSamsell
As Aquarists, we always want the best for our fish. Much time, money & effort are invested. The fish, often times, become a part of the family. We give then names, some of us talk to them and even dare I say, dream about our pets. Having said that: --- When our fish pass on "to that great ocean in the sky", what do you do with your deceased fish? What say you???
Faedother
I prefer to bury them in my garden. Let their bodies nourish other life.
Daniel
I feed them to my cats, same concept as @Faedother
J. Mantooth
I'm with @Faedother. I bury them in the backyard in the flower bed. They can fertilize the flowers and I can appreciate them again when the flowers bloom. Circle of life and all of that. 🙂
Nataku
I feed them to my rats when they pass on. The rats are bred as pets and feeders for my snakes. Circle of life, I'm utilitarian, they served the purpose of bringing me happiness in life, they can now serve another purpose in death. I should hope that I am used with purpose when I pass as well.
Brandy
Not having a garden I have always just added them to the compost bin...but I have a million large potted plants and it suddenly occurs to me I could totally bury them. Thanks!
HenryC
I bury them in my potted plants, that way I know they live on in the plants.
