Quarantine Med Trio

Hi I have a question. I bought new some long fin rosy barbs online. I did a week of the quarantine med trio with 30% water change. What is my next step do I wait 2 weeks and then give them the med trio again?

I think you only need to do the paraguard, as the 2nd treatment is for any parasite eggs that hatched after the first treatment. That being said, I'm using a 10 gallon QT in my first time doing the meds trio as well. I dosed all 3 for the 2nd dose yesterday. I'm not sure of this is necessary, and for large amounts of fish, the cost would get high. For me, I only have 2 display tanks and infrequently add fish, so the cost is very minor for me. The meds will probably expire before I use them all, so really no cost to me if I dose all 3 again.

I wouldn't do anything unless they show symptoms of any disease.

I haven't seen any thing that doesn't look normal. They act fine, eating and swimming around.
