Crinum rehab

Hi all, look what I found while doing deep maintenance on my Phoenix moss carpet! I thought this crinum died almost a year ago, but clearly I was wrong. Does anyone have any advice on how to get the bulb healthy again? My current plan is to leave it in substrate with root tabs and LITHA (leave it the heck alone).

I's always fun when you find a lost plant.

Being a bulb plant, I would anchor your bulb in contact with the substrate surface, burying only the root if possible. then follow your plan.  Your plant looks like it is already putting out new roots.

There are definitely a few baby roots. I'm honestly shocked this plant is even alive. The moss carpet is on top of a pleco cave now (I'll get around to sewing it onto a mat one day) so it has some room to breathe and less competition for light now.
