What type of Rasbora is this?

It's called a rummynose rasbora

another name for them is Sawbwa barb.  Scientific name is: Sawbwa resplendens

Also called asian rummy nose tetra, Burmese rammy nose, sawbwa barb, etc. etc.  I think it's actually not a rasbora, tetra or barb and is just kind of its own thing within the Cyprinid family.

I have a bunch of these, they are great fish, and easy to keep.

They are fine in a wide array of params and will tolerate water up to 78F (but no higher, as they prefer lower temps).

One detail that has not been covered by this thread is that there is a high degree of sexual dimorphism in this species. The females are a silver color without the bright colors of the males.
