peaceteacher
Not sure what to do, I noticed it yesterday and its only getting worse. I have had him for months and my other fish are doing fine. I think its due to over feeding frozen foods but I am not sure (I feed every other day a mix of frozen baby brine, blood worms and ciclid mix frozen food) I have him in the main tank and he is just laying on the bottom. How do I help him?
Fish Folk
Probably the bloodworms. Can you quarantine your EBA?

You could try Epsom salt baths 1 table for 2 gallons for no more than 15 minutes for a couple of days as Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxant to help relieve pressure on the swim bladder caused by constipation or your fish over eating and the stomach putting pressure on the swim bladder Edited September 12, 2022 by Colu
