Fish Folk Posted June 2, 2022 Share Posted June 2, 2022 So sorry about your sick fish! Not clear on exactly what you're asking. Epistylis and Ich are different. Epistylis frequently attacks the eyes. Colu Posted June 3, 2022 Share Posted June 3, 2022 Paracleanse one of the active ingredient metronidazole does treat ich but isn't very effective at treating ich or Epistylis and maracyn not very effective at treating Epistylis as Epistylis feeds of gram negative bacterial on the skin of your fish you want a more broad spectrum antibiotic treatment such as kanaplex Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
