Andrew_Thorichthysmeeki86
Can anyone ID this plant? It reminds me of water wisteria. I got as a big stem with tons of roots growing off of it and leaves growing in clumps like the picture along the length of the stem. I cut into sections where there were leaves growing and planted it into the substrate. I'm just not sure if the stem was actually a rhizome. xXInkedPhoenixX
That looks to me to be Java Windelov...which is a Rhizone plant so don't bury the rhizone, glue it to a rock or wood and it will grow and eventually produce baby plants
ange
Seconding the Java fern Windelov! It's a rhizome plant so if buried you may experience rot. It has the same care as other Java fern plants.

AndreaW
As it grows, it will develop brown Algae-looking growth on the tips of the leaves. These are roots for new little plantlets to grow. As it matures and they babies grow, they will break off and you can plant new little Windelov Java Ferns!
