JerseyBundy
Just notice this today. Moving on my fish tank glass ,scrunching up to move across the glass. What is it and how do I get rid of it?
dublicious
Kinda tough to tell, but could it be detritus worms? Maybe google for some pics and see if that's what it looks like. If so, as you may have guessed, they eat detritus. May need make sure you're keeping up on gravel vacs to keep them under control if there are a lot. A small population in the tank isn't detrimental, and your fish will probably just feed on them when they're able. Tough (for me) to tell if that's what they are though... JerseyBundy
Thank you. I think their detritus worms as well. From what I see flat worms walk across glass and gravel. The worms I see do more of earthworm movement. Thanks tho. About to do a water change and clean up the gravel some .
Daniel
I always consider it a bonus when I get little critters living in the tank. Most the time it: It is a sign of a diverse established system Something else cool to watch Potential fry food Edited July 17, 2020 by Daniel Changed "litter" to "little" but litter (accidentally) worked pretty well also!
