Is This A Worm?

Can you please help me identify what Eeyore-the-Neon is suffering from?  I already purchased some canine de-wormer but cannot really tell if this is a worm(s).  I hope he's not in pain.

That looks like it may be a prolapse. I had 2 fish with prolapses. What helped was an epsom salt bath 3-4 times a day for 15 minutes at a time. Within a couple of days, the fish reabsorbed the prolapse.

I second prolapse Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxants helping your fish to reabsorb the prolapse

Thanks, friends!  I'm going to run out in the morning, get some Epsom salt and start Eeyore-the-Neon on his spa regimen.  I'll follow the treatment as outlined in The Most Effective Treatments of Commonly-Posted Diseases.  I will report back Eeyore-the-Neon's condition in a few days.

Hi team,  3 or 4 days and a bunch of Epsom salt baths and Eeyore-the-Neon looks much better!  I am so grateful for the advice.  He's not out of the woods yet but the bulge has receded a lot.  I think he's gonna make it!  Thank you for the help!
