PineSong
Sweet! I keep cutting the stalks that might flower off my aponogeton ulvaceous because I read that will prevent it from going dormant--do you know if your plant will nap now that it has flowered? I really like the texture on those leaves and would like to have that variety of aponogeton myself.

The leaves in the pic are from my Crypt Balansae. The flowering plant is a Aponogeton crispus. 1
PineSong
Ah, I mistook it for the variety Guppysnail has; I love the waffle-y texture. Longipluvosis? Can’t recall the name.

Mine bloomed and I left it alone, and it definitely did go dormant. It had been so long that I assumed it had died, but last week I noticed it's sprouting new leaves.
PineSong
I might let mine go dormant for a while. I have been cutting off flower stalks 1-2 per week, maybe it just needs a rest, and it will be easier for me to net fry out of there with it gone for a while. DEFREESE AQUARIUMS
The flowers smell good almost like chamomile scent to them. If you have a few you really can smell away from the tank. Looks good!
